Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of the Go Sun Villa website and booking system for our villa in Tenerife.

2. Booking & Payment

• Prices are in EUR and include VAT unless noted.
• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment via Stripe and email confirmation.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 48 hours of booking confirmation, if requested at least 24 hours before check-in. Outside this window, payments are non-refundable.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Follow local laws and villa rules.
• Maximum 8 guests. Report damages immediately.

5. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel bookings for emergencies or safety reasons and will issue a full refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We’re not liable for indirect losses or events beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are handled in Santa Cruz de Tenerife courts.
